We’re love to hear from talented artists in the spirit of Chaharshanbe Suri, the vibrant festival of fire, music, and joy! If you’re a musician, dancer, fire performer, storyteller, maker. visual or multi-media artist, please fill the above form.

Coordination Team

Help us bring the magic of Chaharshanbe Suri to life! We’re seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our coordination team. If you’re passionate about creating memorable events, we need you!

🎶 Music Manager: Manage amazing lineup of performers and keep the rhythm alive.
📍 Location Manager: Oversee the venue setup, logistics, and ensure a safe, festive environment.
🍴 Food Organizer: Collaborate with vendors to provide delicious eats that enhance the celebration.

Volunteer

We are so happy to have you join our community of amazing volunteers! If you are interested in any (or all) of these activities, let us know below and we will follow up on how we can best collaborate!

- Fundraising team: contacting organizations to sponsor, sharing online social media, etc.
- Art Making: fire sculptures, banners, art works to sell (postcards, posters, t-shirts, 3-d prints, etc.)
- Food: help organize the food at the event
- Music & Performance: providing support to musicians and performers, setting up sound equipment.
- Event Setup: 9am - 6pm; decorating, sculpture moving set up, general help
- Event Day Support: 6pm - 9pm; gatekeepers, info booth, security, etc.
- Post Event Cleanup: 9pm - 11pm
