Dear friends,
More Gardens! needs your astute help.
The existing More Gardens! building, in the South Bronx is unexpectedly being sold, and we have sadly said goodbye to it.
We would love to find a donated or super cheap office location in the South Bronx or Harlem which would be accessible to all people. Please see below for details regarding requirements and preferences.

Requirements:
-200 sq. ft. and up
-light (windows)-wireless internet connection
-good air circulation (central air conditioning)
-flexible hours
-handicap accessible
-access to bathroom
-ideally free or to about $500
Preferable:
-lease begins August 1st
-location in Harlem or the South Bronx
-supportive and friendly environment
(access to)
-kitchen
-next to green open space
-conference room
-copier
-open to decorations
General Information:
The space will be used for up to 6 people (including staff and interns). We will be utilizing the space for office use while being able to access the space during extended weekdays and weekends.
