Come support HUG (Harlem United Gardens) on a tour of endangered community gardens in East Harlem.
Music, local food, arts and crafts for kids and much more!
Saturday 5th of May Cinco de Mayo
Noon till 2.00pm - Art making event
@E110th and Madison
make your own masks, flag, and art work
kid friendly
2.00pm - 3.00pm - Parade
@ 110th and 5th Avenue
Parade will visit many of the endangered community gardens and support their permanence.
Bring an instrument
3.00pm till sunset - Party and Renaming
@ 122nd & Park Avenue
The parade will end for an after party and barbecue at 122nd Street and Park Avenue where;
the newly relocated 116th Street Bock Association community garden will be given a new name with much fanfare!

Harlem Gardens!. A parade and rally is scheduled at noon.
Ride up with us or parade before & meet us on your bike in
East Harlem! We will end the ride at a picnicparty
in a garden—bring food!
